Mazda 3 Engine Reconditioning

Mazda 3 Reconditioned Engine
If you purchased a top of the range Mazda 3 Skyactiv, would you expect the Low Oil Pressure Warning to show up on the display ? If the Mazda 3 Low Oil Pressur Warning lead to complete Engine failure on your Mazda 3 Skyactiv, would you at least expect some help from Mazda UK.

The words Mazda 3 Engine failure and Mazda 3 engine replacement seem to accompany the Engine for Mazda 3 where ever it dares to go, and unfortunately, it doesn't stop there. Mazda 3 Low Oil Pressure and Mazda CX5 Low Oil Pressure seem to be a commonly searched for term online, and it's normally accompanied with Mazda Engine Replacement.

The Mazda 3 Skyactiv is fitted with a complex low emission system called D P F (Diesel Particulate Filter), this system operates by increasing the rate of diesel injected into each cylinder for a short period of time. The purpose of this is to increase the temperature in the d p f filter to burn of the soot particles stored, this process is called D P F regeneration. The problem with this procedure is, some of the diesel used during regeneration escapes past the piston rings and into the engine oil, when this happens, we create a very big problem called oil degradation.

Another cause of Mazda 3 Low Oil Pressure would injector washers, the purpose of these are to seal the fuel injectors into there locations, but if these washers where to leak, then we have a condition know as oil carbonisation. This where combustion gases escape past the leaking injector washer into the Engine oil, once the engine oil cools down the carbon solidify's causing oil carbonisation which in simple terms, lumps of hardened oil.

Oil Pump Chain Failure and Best Reliability

When you combine this with hot and cold Engine running temperatures, then we end up with what is commonly known as sludge. Unfortunately this sludge can gather in places like the wire filter goze which located on the bottom of the oil pump, if the filter was to block, then it will lead to oil starvation to major components in your Mazda 3 Engine such as big end bearings and the crankshaft. So in short, you could searching for be looking for Mazda 3 Engine Replacement or Mazda 3 Engine Failure sooner than you would ever expect

From the moment I emailed Colin about my Mazda 6 I felt reassured the Car would be in safe Hands. The Car had a major engine overhaul due to crankshaft damage and now the Car is safely back on my drive after only a few weeks and is driving and sounding like new. Don't let distance between yourself and Collins workshop put you off , Transportation is taken care of and is returned back to you. I fully recommend Collin and his team to anyone that needs engine reconditioning, especially solving DPF and Turbo issues. Also comes with 6 month warranty. At a fraction of the cost that a Mazda stealer would charge for the same problem.

Many Thanks, Phil W.
